I have been on a journey since March 29, 2010 to lose 92 pounds. I’ve actually been on this journey a bit longer than that, but on March 29th, I joined Weight Watcher’s & haven’t looked back. I hit my goal weight on 12/20/10 and now I’m learning the new phase of maintaining this weight loss. I’m very excited to have lost the weight & really enjoy reading other blogs on weight loss, healthy living, and maintenance.
This past year has been a real struggle for me, but I look at it with such fondness as I feel that I’ve gained so much strength by learning that I’m capable of accomplishing this feat, and now I’m going to work with my children on a family healthiness journey.
